Hey there!
We are looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and result-oriented intern to become a vital part of our growing
Cloud team. We are an applied AI and product development company established in early 2017. Before we dive into the job description, allow us to introduce ourselves.
Our team is a mixed bag. Of the smart and the hard workers. Of the organized and slightly chaotic. Of the early risers and the burners of the midnight oil. We appreciate diversity and truly like having differing perspectives in the room.
We pride ourselves on being early adopters of the latest tools, libraries, and frameworks while delivering business value all the time. People who work with us fall in love with their craft. We have changed the definition of "work" for them.
If you’re someone who’s curious about how systems scale, how automation saves time, and how cloud infra powers today’s tech world — this role might be for you.
What you’ll do:
- Get hands-on exposure to the DevOps lifecycle – from Dockerization to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability.
- Work closely with senior engineers to understand how scalable infrastructure is designed and deployed.
- Assist in setting up automation scripts, cloud environments, and deployment workflows.
- Contribute to real projects where your work directly supports production-grade systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate who can join immediately.
- Strong interest in DevOps/Cloud as a career — this is not “just another internship,” but a chance to grow into a full-time DevOps engineer.
- Good coding fundamentals (any language) and a willingness to dive deep into tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Basic awareness of logging, monitoring, and observability concepts.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving attitude.
Good to have (but not mandatory):
- Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Any projects/internships where you experimented with CI/CD or containerization.
Your first 3 months look like:
- Month 1: Get oriented with our systems, understand documentation practices, and shadow DevOps tasks (CI/CD pipelines, Docker setup, infra basics).
- Month 2: Start owning small infra components — support deployments, improve automation scripts, and monitor system health.
- Month 3: Manage deployments independently, contribute to production workflows, and suggest improvements for scalability & reliability.
What's in it for you at Procedure?
- Stipend: ₹10,000 - 15,000/month
- Mentorship from seasoned engineers and a chance to convert to full-time role based on performance.
- Competitive compensation, recognizing your valuable expertise.
- Embrace the flexibility of a remote role – work from where you're most productive (within reasonable overlap for collaboration).
- Enjoy flexible work hours – whether you're an early bird or a night owl, we respect your productive times (with some coordination for meetings).
- Become part of a vibrant culture that values innovation and empowers you to make a significant impact beyond just your content deliverables.
Trust us, there's never a dull day here.
If you have made it this far, I think we should have a chat. Apply now!
